Obama: Legalize illegals to get them health care - Washington Times

Shared via AddThis Well at least he is talking about it now and it is out in the open. This just confirms what those of us who oppose amnesty and including illegals in the health care plan had already surmised. It is very important that we continue to let our reps know what we think and to keep up the pressure on them. Trust me they will use every wordsmithing skill they have to try to get their policies through so we need to continue to read the bills and scrutinize every word possible. They will also be using the age old tactic of granting one concession while exacting two or three! Look for them to hide unpopular legislation in other bills (a process called "muling"). Look also for lots of loopholes and back doors. We may not be able to catch everything so we need to set priorities as to the most critical things to catch. Above all, we must continue to let our reps know we are informed and we are watching. We need to let them know we hold them accountable and they can expect us to keep up the pressure!
