UN Elects Iran To Its Commission On Womens Rights

And the United States stood silently by and allowed this to happen. Disgraceful!!!! Women were thrown under the bus in a deal to keep Iran off the Human Rights Committee. We women should sit up and take notice, especially women who voted for Obama, as this is part and parcel of this administrations efforts to apologize and appease this government. We have been sold to appease the Devil. It should be obvious that in allowing this to happen this administration cares little for the rights of women. It's all about power and all about votes. Why aren't women all over the country screaming about this?

‘South Park’: Drawing a Line in the Sand

‘South Park’: Drawing a Line in the Sand Excellent article by Mark Tapson about the importance of standing up to Islam. He makes several excellent points but the best is his ending statement: "Unless Americans stand shoulder to shoulder against such assaults on our hard-won Western values, Islamic fundamentalists will continue to be far more effective at importing sharia law than we are at exporting democracy. We must stand for our freedoms with an even greater degree of unwavering fervor and cultural pride than the jihadists possess. Or make no mistake, we will all be witness to the slow humiliating death of Western civilization."

I couldn't have said it better myself!

Jews in America Are Waking Up!

Well finally the reality is sinking in! Not only has America been a sleeping giant, but Israel, and all her children, is another sleeping giant that is being poked and prodded. For some time the Jews have been warned of Obama's antithesis towards Jewish interests, but they voted for him anyway to prove somehow their antiracism.. go figure. By trying to do what they thought was right, they got kicked in the butt. Wake up call!!

Well now it is Obama's turn. Obama has lost almost 50% of the American Jewish vote based on his treatment of Israel and his Palestinian - Arab interests, not to mention his debunking of national missile defense leaving not only Israel but America herself completely vulnerable. Click onto the title of this article to read about the stunning turnaround by Ronald Kessler.
So now that he's lost the Jewish vote, it's no wonder Obama wants the borders to be flooded so that he has illegals who can vote for him! (Does this remind anyone of JFK selling whiskey for votes in W.Va.?) Whole 'nother story....

I know Israel will be strong and stand because of the promise made by the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But America?? I believe only those who stand with and by Israel will prevail, in America or anywhere else in the world. America as a nation is due for a major separation, between those who support Israel and those that don't.
Batten down the hatches, we are in for the "fundamental change" of a lifetime!!

South Park and the Informal Fatwa

This Wall Street Journal article was sent to me in an email from Act for America. You can access their website by scrolling down to the favorite websites section of this blog. I have reprinted the entire article here because it contains information critical to understanding the rule of law vs. commanding right and forbidding wrong. Commanding right and forbidding wrong are utterly foreign concepts to those raised under the rule of law. Here in this country, for example, when somebody breaks a law we call the police or take them to court and let the rule of law sort things out. However, under a fatwa the individual rather than the law has the authority to command someone to do right as well as to exact punishment for disobedience! The author here is telling us we must take death threats for infractions seriously because there are Muslims out there who, in carrying out a fatwa, firmly believe they HAVE AUTHORITY to enact punishment by death and absolutely will carry out the threat.

So if Muslims have such difficulty living under the rule of law, why do they choose to live here? I know a lot of people may not want to believe this and may not agree with me, but the evidence is clear that Muslims want this nation to be subject to the individual authority to command right and forbid wrong--in other words to be an Islamic nation. It is very important that we learn as much as we can about Islam and about the Christian faith. More than ever it is critical that we know what we believe and that we are willing to stand for it. Knowing about the concept of commanding right and forbidding wrong will help us count the cost of standing up to Islam. There will be a cost but we must make a stand. Here is the article:

'South Park' and the Informal Fatwa

The veiled threats against the Comedy Central show's creators should be taken very seriously. Islamists seek to replace the rule of law with that of commanding right and forbidding wrong.

By Ayaan Hirsi Ali

'South Park" is hilarious, right? Not any more.

Last week, Zachary Adam Chesser—a 20-year-old Muslim convert who now goes by the name Abu Talhah Al-Amrikee—posted a warning on the Web site RevolutionMuslim.com following the 200th episode of the show on Comedy Central. The episode, which trotted out many celebrities the show has previously satirized, also "featured" the Prophet Muhammad: He was heard once from within a U-Haul truck and a second time from inside a bear costume.

For this apparent blasphemy, Mr. Amrikee warned that co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone "will probably end up" like Theo van Gogh. Van Gogh, readers will remember, was the Dutch filmmaker who was brutally murdered in 2004 on the streets of Amsterdam. He was killed for producing "Submission," a film that criticized the subordinate role of women in Islam, with me.

There has been some debate about whether Mr. Stone and Mr. Parker should view the Web posting as a direct threat. Here's Mr. Amrikee's perspective: "It's not a threat, but it really is a likely outcome," he told Foxnews.com. "They're going to be basically on a list in the back of the minds of a large number of Muslims. It's just the reality." He's also published the home and office addresses of Messrs. Stone and Parker, as well as images of Van Gogh's body.

According to First Amendment experts, technically speaking this posting does not constitute a threat. And general opinion seems to be that even if this posting was intended as a threat, Mr. Amrikee and his ilk are merely fringe extremists who are disgruntled with U.S. foreign policy; their "outrage" merits little attention.

This raises the question: How much harm can an Islamist fringe group do in a free society? The answer is a lot.

Mohammed Bouyeri, a Dutch-Moroccan Muslim first thought to have been a minor character in radical circles, killed Theo van Gogh. Only during the investigation did it emerge that he was the ringleader of the Hofstad Group, a terrorist organization that was being monitored by the Dutch Secret Service.

The story was very similar in the case of the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. The cartoons, drawn by Kurt Westergaard, were published in September 2005 to little notice but exploded five months later into an international drama complete with riots and flag-burnings. The man behind this campaign of outrage was an Egyptian-born radical imam named Ahmed Abu-Laban.

Prior to this conflagration, Mr. Abu-Laban was seen as a marginal figure. Yet his campaign ended up costing Denmark businesses an estimated $170 million in the spring of 2006. And this doesn't include the cost of rebuilding destroyed property and protecting the cartoonists.

So how worried should the creators of "South Park" be about the "marginal figures" who now threaten them? Very. In essence, Mr. Amrikee's posting is an informal fatwa. Here's how it works:

There is a basic principle in Islamic scripture—unknown to most not-so-observant Muslims and most non-Muslims—called "commanding right and forbidding wrong." It obligates Muslim males to police behavior seen to be wrong and personally deal out the appropriate punishment as stated in scripture. In its mildest form, devout people give friendly advice to abstain from wrongdoing. Less mild is the practice whereby Afghan men feel empowered to beat women who are not veiled.

By publicizing the supposed sins of Messrs. Stone and Parker, Mr. Amrikee undoubtedly believes he is fulfilling his duty to command right and forbid wrong. His message is not just an opinion. It will appeal to like-minded individuals who, even though they are a minority, are a large and random enough group to carry out the divine punishment. The best illustration of this was demonstrated by the Somali man who broke into Mr. Westergaard's home in January carrying an axe and a knife.

Any Muslim, male or female, who knows about the "offense" may decide to perform the duty of killing those who insult the prophet. So what can be done to help Mr. Parker and Mr. Stone?

The first step is for them to consult with experts on how to stay safe. Even though living with protection, as I do now in Washington, D.C., curtails some of your freedom, it is better than risking the worst.

Much depends on how far the U.S. government is prepared to contribute to their protection. According to the Danish government, protecting Mr. Westergaard costs the taxpayers $3.9 million, excluding technical operating equipment. That's a tall order at a time of intense fiscal pressure.

One way of reducing the cost is to organize a solidarity campaign. The entertainment business, especially Hollywood, is one of the wealthiest and most powerful industries in the world. Following the example of Jon Stewart, who used the first segment of his April 22 show to defend "South Park," producers, actors, writers, musicians and other entertainers could lead such an effort.

Another idea is to do stories of Muhammad where his image is shown as much as possible. These stories do not have to be negative or insulting, they just need to spread the risk. The aim is to confront hypersensitive Muslims with more targets than they can possibly contend with.

Another important advantage of such a campaign is to accustom Muslims to the kind of treatment that the followers of other religions have long been used to. After the "South Park" episode in question there was no threatening response from Buddhists, Christians and Jews—to say nothing of Tom Cruise and Barbra Streisand fans—all of whom had far more reason to be offended than Muslims.

Islamists seek to replace the rule of law with that of commanding right and forbidding wrong. With over a billion and a half people calling Muhammad their moral guide, it is imperative that we examine the consequences of his guidance, starting with the notion that those who depict his image or criticize his teachings should be punished.

In "South Park," this tyrannical rule is cleverly needled when Tom Cruise asks the question: How come Muhammad is the only celebrity protected from ridicule? Now we know why.

Clearly Mr Turner could benefit from a little more time studying the scriptures instead of exercising his right to be "the mouth from the south" as one commenter aptly put it. In fact it has been my observation that those who would disparage scripture, the commandments, God, Jesus, etc usually have no knowledge of scripture at all.

Can you imagine the government poking it's nose into your house to see if you had the proper number of firearms and actually fining you if you didn't? It is hard to imagine as well, parisioners bringing firearms to church for target practice afterwards!! I agree with the author, we might increase the number of attendees at our modern day church services in some parts of the country if there was target practice after the service. However I would debate the wisdom of such an action in some inner cities!!

Dale Jones Wants Single Payer Health Care

Click on the title to see Dale Jones, candidate for California Insurance Commissioner, discuss his plans for a state single payer system. Wow, look out California. If this guy gets elected California Insurance Commissioner he says he will use the office as a "bully pulpit" to move California and the nation to a single payer system. I'm sorry but I personally think that Californians should beware of electing anyone to office that talks and looks like a sleazy car salesman. The rest of the country should beware as well because as California goes, so goes the rest of the nation eventually. I love how Mr. Jones tries to convince us that a single payer system will save money in the long run. Notice though that he does not talk about who has to pay for such a system. Yep, that's kinda like selling a car without an engine and telling prospective buyers that the engine will be available someday in the future! Let's hope that Californians will not buy this line of bull. We should treat this as a wake up call that we need to pay attention to local and state elections as well as national ones. Watch carefully who you vote into these offices. They have more power than you think!

Senator Corker Versus Tea Party Activists

Click on the title to see the video of one of Senator Corker's aides allegedly calling Tea Party activists "sad" and "creepy." Gotta admit I didn't see this coming. It is definitely not a reaction I would have expected from Corkers office. However, when I called Senator Corker's DC office about this issue I did not get the cheerful response I have gotten in the past so there has been a definite change in atmosphere. I guess maybe Corker's office might see it as a kind of a catch-22, damned if you do damned if you don't situation. We screamed for bipartisanship during the health care debates. Now it seems as though we are screaming against bipartisanship when we take on Senator Corker for working with Senator Shumer on financial reform. I believe the reason why it seems this way is that there has been very litte debate allowed on this subject, leading us to believe that the Senate leadership will use reconciliation again to push financial reform and other controversial issues through. We know that if there is an effort at bipartisanship now it may fail due to the balance of power in both legislative houses. The feeling is that if we can get Senator Corker to wait until after the elections we may have a much better chance at a truly bipartisan bill. We aren't saying there is no need for reform. We are saying that we need a true bipartisan effort on this and all issues. So the question is, is Senator Corker really a RINO or is he trying to stave off another legislative debacle by injecting as much bipartisanship as he can under very difficult circumstances? I am not sure we know the answer to this and we may regret throwing a senator with a decent conservative voting record under the bus at this point in time. Remember it was his staff member that made these remarks in the video not Senator Corker himself. If I were Senator Corker I would be having a serious chat with that guy right about now. In this day of citizen journalism, you are plenty stupid if you don't watch what you say in front of a camera.

I couldn't have said it better myself! This truly should be a wake up call to Christians every where who think it is enough to simply preach the Gospel because our First Amendment rights are very much in danger now from our very own government! Now more than ever it is important for us to know what we believe in and to be willing to stand for it. We are approaching a time of great darkness and we will need strong faith to get through it. Do you know who you belong to and what you believe? Are you ready to stand?

CAIR Applauds Decision to Drop Graham

Of course they applauded the decision. They were behind it.

Outrage! Army Disinvites Franklin Graham From Prayer Breakfast

Once again the military is trying to be politically correct by undoing their invitation to Franklin Graham. Graham has been brutally honest in his assessment of Islam and has spoken the truth. While this decision is disappointing it is hardly surprising given the strength of influence Islam has gained in every level of government and society due to groups like CAIR. We need to wake up and realize that our government is creating an environment where we must sleep with the enemy.

Look! Up in the Sky!

Ok I really had to think about this. The Bible clearly states that anyone who is an astrologer or looks to the stars and planets is going to meet a very bad end. (Isaiah 47: 13-14).
But in the book of Matthew, it is evident that astrologers from the east were led to where the King of the Jews was born, so apparently Jesus' birth was written in the stars and planets. (MT 2:1-7) They saw a Star from a long distance and followed it for quite some time, until the Star came to rest over Bethelhem, the place of Jesus' birth.
So, if His birth was written in the sky, why not His return?
I find it quite interesting that in several places in the Bible, the stars of this constellation are specifically named: Pleiades, Bear and Orion.
Job 9:9 "He made the Bear, Orion and the Pleiades, the chambers of the South;"
Job 38:31 " Can you bind the cluster of Pleiades, or loose the belt of Orion? Can you bring out of Mazzaroth in its season? Or can you guide the Great bear with its cubs?"
Amos 5:8-9 "He made the Pleiades and Orion; He turns the shadow of death into morning and makes the day dark as night; He calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out on the face of the earth; The Lord (Jehovah) is His name. He rains ruin upon the strong so that fury comes upon the fortress."
These are the star clusters that indicate a triumphant return of a great warrior. Click onto the title to get a good look at this powerful star formation.
Wow! I think this is worth looking into.
You know, there are so many places where Father God has described His Son, starting in the genealogy in Genesis 5:1-29 ADAM=mankind SETH: turns their faces toward ENOSH: and are appointed, mortal grievous sorrow KENAN: to lament and mourn MAHALALEL: God who is praised JARED: comes down ENOCH: to instruct and consecrate METHUSELAH: he is sent forth as a prophet and a priest LAMECH: to be smitten and scourged and die NOAH: to give rest and security, a quiet attitude of peace.
He has also given us clear signs in Psalms and Isaiah of His Son here on earth. Jesus Himself quoted Isaiah 61: 1-3 in the synagogue at the start of His ministry. (Luke 4: 17- 21).

So my point is that if God has so clearly written within the Word of His Son and had a star that led astrologers to His place of birth, than why wouldn't His return be clearly and evidently written in the constellations He specifically mentions through His prophets?

Makes sense to me, definitely worth looking into.

Court to Hear Arguments on Campus Christian Group

A campus Christian group called the Christian Legal Society has been denied funding and status as a campus group because voting members are required to be Christians and to not engage in sinful lifestyle practices. Click on the title to read the details. The Supreme Court is to hear this case and the decision will establish national precedence for future similar cases.

The decision not to grant funding and status for the reasons given is a direct assault on this group's First Amendment rights. You can bet that campus Muslim groups would not receive the same treatment. On the one hand I am amazed that the Supreme Court would even hear the case but on the other, it goes along with the type of persecution Christians are experiencing in all aspects of society these days. Jesus told us we would be hated by all on His account and even more so as the time of His coming drew closer. It is time for all Americans to wake up to what is happening to our freedom to worship and decide right now what we believe, who we believe in, and what we stand for. When we protect our Constitution, we also protect the Christian principles our country was founded upon. The time to decide is now. Where do you stand?

Would There Have Been a United States Without Christianity?

Excellent and very informative article by Gary DeMar challenging Brooke Allen's book "The Godless Constitution" and debating the principles of Christianity vs Enlightenment. The book "The Godless Constitution" is almost a manifesto in history and government high school and college classes these days so it would behoove everyone to know what your kids are reading and being taught. If they must read stuff like this, be sure you are supplying them with other points of view so they will be informed rather than indoctrinated. www.americanvision.org is an excellent source of historical and religious sources that will help counter Progressivism, agnosticism and atheism...and a host of other "isms!" If we have any hope of preserving this country we must learn and understand the values and principles that formed our founding documents and government.

Obama Removes Jesus from Easter Message

When I read this article I have to admit I was shocked but not surprised. I wasn't even going to comment until I read the comments people posted. It really got to me how emotionally charged and downright mean some of the comments were. There was plenty of finger pointing from one side saying that Obama is blessed and anyone who disagrees is a @*%&# and random conjecture from the other side, but nothing to substantiate either side of the arguement. So I decided to put down the facts as recorded by unbiased resources and let's take a look at the situation for what it is, not what people feel.

In my humble opinion, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it is more than likely a duck. So let's take a look at the facts:

Fact 1: Obama was born and raised by a Muslim father.

Fact 2: Obama has been consistently taught by radical religious teachers, namely Farakahn and Rev.Wright, who teach and live principles in complete opposition to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Fact 3: Since being elected to office, Obama has not attended a church service of any kind, not even the churches of Farakhan and Rev.Wright. I wonder why? Could it be because association with extreme radicals could compromise his influence over the people, especially Christians who make up the larger percentage of Americans?

Fact 4: While he did not cancel National Day of Prayer, Obama did not attend this high profile event, an event that has been honored by every president since the beginning of the Presidential Office, regardless of their religious beliefs.

Fact 5: When questioned as to what religion Obama practiced, he reported to media sources that he is Christian; no particular denomination was indicated.

Fact 6: On Easter Sunday, the day every Christian celebrates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, Obama gave a 'holiday greeting' at a church, delivering an exerpt from a sermon given by a military chaplain on Iwo Jima in 1945, where he completely eliminated any mention of Christ.

Click on the the title of this article to review and compare the speech Obama gave Easter Sunday and the speech the chaplain gave at Iwo Jima in 1945. You can see the obvious omission for yourself.

Fact 7: Religious and church leaders have been leading their flocks to believe that Obama is the anointed one and their savior. They have been heard from their pulpits claiming that "God has his hand all over you [Obama]" and is their new messiah. They have preached that Obama is their one true hope, the one to usher peace into the world. Evidence of this is what was preached this past Easter Sunday at the Allen Chapel in Washington, D.C. lead by Dr. Rev. Michael Bell Sr. See for yourself what is being proclaimed from the pulpit. http://www.exposeobama.com/2010/04/05/easter-at-allen-chapel-for-first-family/

Right or wrong, these are the facts. There are many more, I'm sure, but let's deal with these facts for the moment.
If all these facts were isolated incidents, they may be considered to be coincidence, perhaps a fluke. But put them together and a very different picture emerges. Here goes:

Child of a Muslim father, taught and mentored by radical religious leaders whose teachings defy the teachings of Christ, once in office does not go to any church, rebels against a national day of prayer by not attending, claims to be Christian, goes to church and gives a speech which eliminates the message of Christ by hacking up a chaplain's sermon, receives the adoration and praise from preachers and congregants with no acknowledgement of God or God's power. Wow. I don't know about you but when you look at all the pieces together, it smacks of deceit and hypocrisy.

It is my observation that Obama accepts this adulation and praise; I have not seen or heard any attempt on his part to humble himself to any higher power, not to God, not to Jesus not even to Allah. Love of self and the adoration from others leads to pridefulness, haughtiness and arrogance. Hmmm, makes you think.

The beauty of America and the Constitution is that people have the right to believe in whatever religion they want to and to exercise their faith. There are many faiths exercised in America. Others don't even believe in God at all and have the right to exercise that freedom. So what's my point? That whether you believe in God, a higher power, the Universe or not, there are some very serious facts here that should provoke our attention.

The arrogance and pride with which Obama exercises his presidential duties is very close to that of dictatorship. The mere fact that this healthcare bill got passed in spite of the fact that the majority of the American people have been screaming for months "NO!" is indicative of his attitude. He doesn't seem to care what the people think or what they want, he believes he knows best.

He also seems to give the appearance of what the people want, even though he doesn't really go along with it. Example here is that he doesn't feel the need to go to church. If he did, he would have been going to church all along since the beginning of his presidency. People noticed and made comment. " If he's really a Christian, he would go to church." " He doesn't go to church because he's really a Muslim." Questions began to arise and all of a sudden, we see Obama going to church on Easter Sunday. Interesting. I read one comment that Obama was going to the church as a photo op, to give the people the impression he is Christian. I think there is some truth in that.

What stands out here, if people are paying attention, is that Obama is manipulating people into thinking he is one way when he is not. Anyone who manipulates another is a deceiver and a liar.

So what does the Word of God have to say about this?

In regard to arrogance, pride and haughtiness, it is written:

"Pride and arrogance and the evilway and the perverse mouth I hate." Proverbs 8:13

"I will hate the arrogance of the proud and lay low the haughtiness of the terrible." Isaiah 13:11

"Because he exalted himself against the Lord, the fear, the pit and the snare shall be upon you." Jeremiah 48:42,43

"Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall." Proverbs 16:18

"For I was envious of the boastful When I saw the prosperity of the wicked For there are no pangs in their death But their strength is firm They are not in trouble as other men Nor are they plagued like other men Therefore pride serves as their necklace Violence covers them like a garment Their eyes bulge with abundance They have more than the heart could wish They scoff and speak wickedly concerning oppression They speak loftily They set their mouth against the heavens And their tongue walks through the earth; Until I went into the sanctuary of God Then I understood their end." Psalm 73: 3 - 9, 17

"But when his heart was lifted up and his spirit hardened in pride, he was desposed from his kingly throne and they took his glory from him." Daniel 5:20

"...lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil." 1 Timothy 3:6

"The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart, him I will not endure." Psalm 101:5

"For the wicked boast of his hearts desire, he blesses the greedy and renounces the Lord. The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God, God is not in his thoughts, his ways are always prospering Your judgements are far above, out of his sight, he has said in his heart 'I shall not be moved, I shall never be in adversity.' " Psalm 10:3 - 6

"Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord. Though they join forces none will go unpunished." Proverbs 16:5

In regard to hypocrisy, lies and deceit, it is written:

"Seven things are an abomination to [the Lord]: a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are swift to running to evil, a false witness who speaks lies, and one who sows discord among brethren." Proverbs 6:16

"A false witness will not go unpunished and he who speaks lies will not escape." Proverbs 19:5

"Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit according to tradition of men according to basic principles of the world and not according to Christ." Collosians 2:8

"Let no one deceive you with empty words because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience." Ephesians 5:6

"By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words." 2Peter 2:3

"For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." 2 John 7

"For outwardly you appear righteous to men but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness." Matthew 23:28

"Therefore, lay aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy and all evil speaking." 1 Peter 2:1

"That the triumphing of the wicked is short And the joy of a hypocrite is but for a moment." Job 20:5

In regard to religious leaders teaching doctrine in contradiction to the teachings of Christ, it is written:

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, Because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables." 2 Timothy 4:3 - 4

"But heir will be false prophets among people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring themselves to destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed." 2 Peter 2:1

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves." Matthew 7:15

""Then many false prohets will arise and deceive many." Matthew 24:11

"For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect." Mark 13:22

"Beloved, do not believe every spirit whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1

"The prophet who teaches lies, he is the tail. For the leaders of this people cause them to err And those being led by them are destroyed." Isaiah 9:15,16

"For such are false apostles, deceitful worker, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ." 2 Corinthians 11:13

"They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, they both fall into a ditch." Matthew 15:14

"...that we should no longer be children tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting." Ephesians 4:14

"You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God." Luke 16:15

In regard to those that deny Christ:

"Whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven." Matthew 10:33

"Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whosoever denies the Son does not have the Father, he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." 1 John 2:22 - 23

"...he who rejects Me rejects him who sent me." Luke 10:16

There are many more scriptures that could be mentioned here, but there is not enough room for them. Some could say this is a very grim scenario. It is for those who are arrogant, prideful haughty liars and deceivers. The Word of God clearly states the outcome for those who defy the Father and the Son. There is a promise soon to be fulfilled: For those who believe Jesus is Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, there is the promise of eternal life in His Glorious Presence. For those who choose the ways of the world and put their faith in men and themselves over God, there is a promise of utter destruction, outer darkness, completely cut off from the light of God.

The word of God gives plenty of warning and tells us that there will be many who follow the world, that we should not be dismayed by the prosperity of the arrogant. It is but for a short time and then their end will come. God uses the prideful to reveal His power. Look how He used Pharoah, when Pharoah in his pride hardened his heart, to free His chosen people.

We should be lifting up our heads, for He is coming soon! We have nothing to fear, for the liars and deceivers, the proud and arrogant, will see Him coming and know their folly. And we will have our victory in Christ! Alleluia! Amen!

I Thought Easter Was About Jesus

Apparently the First Family's appearance at a church service on Easter caused quite a stir. Either the minister was massively sucking up to the President or he really got Obama confused with Jesus! One wonders if there was any mention at all of Jesus in this service, there was so much adulation and emulation of Obama. When was the last time you heard worshipers at church shout Alleluia when a President attended church?

According to Michelle, Barack's Home Country Is Kenya

OOOPS! Did anyone else catch it when she spoke of them getting publicly tested for HIV in "his home country of Kenya?" I am not a fervent birther but it is time for Obama to come clean about his citizenship. I for one hope he is an American citizen because his name is all over my military retirement papers. If he is not legally president, those orders could be revoked! Ha! Not likely, but not amusing to think about either!

Interfaith movement gains new strength - Washington Times

Interfaith movement gains new strength - Washington Times Hmmm...sounds good but there is one problem. In the interest of cultural diversity Christians seem to be forgetting to speak the good news of at these meetings. Instead they chose to focus on a multi-cultural God. Most certainly this is the direction religion in this country is headed because it seems like an easier, more productive path. While coming together is great we must not forget our great commission which is to spread the good news about Jesus to the world. We must not forget about Jesus. When all organized religions and human endeavors fall away, Jesus will be the one left standing.

FODEMAN: Obamacare's doctorless world - Washington Times

FODEMAN: Obamacare's doctorless world - Washington Times I have worked in many training hospitals during my 30 year nursing career and I can attest that what the author says about physician training is absolutely true. I have awakened many a doc at 3am after they had just fallen asleep after having been on their feet for over 36 hours. I personally know resident physicians who, after having spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their medical training, worked for 2-3 years making about 25 to 30,000 a year which is practically poverty level when you have out-sized loans to pay back and you are working almost 80 hours a week. And this is after 4 years of college and 4 years of medical school! To gain some perspective let's compare this to the salaries and conditions of other jobs and professions. For example, a graduate of a 4 year engineering program typically has an entry level salary of 50,000 a year depending on the specialty field. A nurse fresh out of school will have a starting salary of 25-30,000 a year but if he or she works in a hospital and gets paid time and half or over time plus benefits this salary package could be considerably more than what a resident physician makes!

So what motivates physicians to push through the pain and keep going? The biggest incentive is that they will one day be able to generate enough income to pay back their debts and live comfortably. So now that health care reform has taken away this incentive, how many bright young people do you think will choose medicine when they see they might be able to do better sooner in another field? If more and more students choose other fields most certainly this will decrease the number of doctors we have in this country especially in underserved areas where we already have a critical shortage. The situation might even be worse with wealth redistribution because with everybody making less the incentive will be to find a job situation that has the least training pain and pays the most money without increasing their tax burden.

We can hope that physicians will choose their field because of a higher calling and that enough of them will answer the call. Otherwise it will be a horrible world without doctors.

In The Future, Everyone Will Be A Klansman For 15 Minutes

In The Future, Everyone Will Be A Klansman For 15 Minutes More comments about Steve Cohen's comments. I think he is not going to fare well from this.

Disgruntled Democrats Join Tea Party Movement

Looks like people are starting to wise up and catch on to Obama's empty promises.

Cohen, This Tea Not So Sweet

Congressman Cohen Interviewed By The Young Turks

Well, according to US Congressman Steve Cohen, D-TN, all tea partiers are George Wallace clones ready to start race riots. In this video Congressman Cohen states that tea partiers can't accept diversity and are angry because their world is changing and they don't understand it. He adroitly uses catch all phrases like "angry mob." He is doing nothing more than following the dem policy of isolating, marginalizing and demonizing the tea party and he has proven himself gifted in the art of throwing around buzz words like "angry mob" and "racists."

Congressman Cohen, it won't work. If you think a few ugly names will put us in our place, you will soon know better at the polls this November.

Muslim Students Want To Take Over Christian College

Click on the title to read about how a group of Muslim students at Trinity College want to have the words "in the year of our Lord Christ" removed from their diplomas. I am not surprised at such audacity on the part of these students as I have learned through observation and research that this sort of thing happens all the time and in fact is happening at an unprecedented rate these days. The important thing is how the college administration will react to the request to take those words off the diploma. Will they try to be politically correct and take them off or will they stand firm and keep the words? If they remove the words that will say a great deal about their true allegiance to Jesus Christ I think. Words are important. I hope Trinity College administrators realize that and prayerfully consider their response. It is time for Christians to stand up for their beliefs. The enemy is moving in soft, subtle ways and we must recognize this if we are to live in a free world where we can worship as we choose.

You're Totally Misreading What I said About The Constitution"

Oh I think we are very clear about what you meant.

"I Don't Worry About The Constitution On This"

This guy thinks the Constitution guarantees life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Never mind the fact that he is quoting the Declaration of Independence instead of the Constitution! He doesn't seem to care about either one!

KUHNER: Christophobia - Washington Times

KUHNER: Christophobia - Washington Times A great article describing the "fashionable hatred" against Christianity. Organized Christianity may be taking a hit due to secular influences but TV evangelists seem to be faring quite well. Perhaps this is because they haven't allowed their message to be watered down. Christianity is not so much a religion as it is a relationship--a relationship with God through belief in His Son Jesus Christ who loved us so much that He gave His life that we might live. No matter what other influences are out there the love of Christ, manifested through His sacrifice, can penetrate and overcome them all. During this Holy Week why not take the time to reflect on His love and sacrifice? By the way, this so called "fashionable" hatred of Christianity has been around since Christ died some 2000 years ago. What we are seeing now is a huge escalation, something which Jesus predicted would happen. He specifically told us the world would hate us because of Him. I encourage you to read all four Gospels especially the chapters leading up to His death and crucifixion on the cross. He was very specific about what would happen in the last days and he described the type of hatred His followers would experience. But He also assured us He would be with us and promised life everlasting for those who believed. When you read this article, lift up those who would hate Christ and pray for a revival, for our nation to turn back to God. Above all put your hope in Jesus. He is the one who will be left standing when all human endeavors, including organized religion, fall away.
