A Primer on the Constitutionality of Health Reform Health and Education Right Side News To me the most egregious thing about Congress passing Obamacare was the fact that they passed a law that could successfully be challenged on its constitutionality. To me the wisest thing to do would have been to make sure what they passed was constitutionally sound and couldn't be challenged successfully in court. But no, it was more important to get it passed right away, to hell with the consequences. And to hell with reading the bill to make sure what was really in it. The only way out of this mess is to repeal it and start over.
