Filibuster reform bill headed for Senate floor, faces uphill battle - TheHill.com#comments Democratic Senator Tom Harkin plans to introduce a bill to get rid of the filibuster rule. Just when you think you have heard it all, one of these legislators comes up with something even more ridiculous. Hey, Senator Harkin what will you do if this passes and your party is in the minority come 2010? Ever think about that? I really think that Congress has collective ADD in that anyone who could pass something like this is thinking only for the moment. Contact your reps immediately and let them know you know about this silly bill and that you expect them to vote against it.
