Muslim question persists in Army shooting - Washington Times So who do we blame? Looks like the Army may discipline certain individuals that gave the Ft Hood shooter a pass. It is all well and good to point the finger of blame at individuals if they deserve it but the only way to effect real change is a top down policy review. In my humble opinion lots more heads should roll over this debacle including those that instigated the policies of political correctness and sensitivity. If my family member had been a victim I would be going right to the top on this one.
