Is There Even Bipartisan Agreement on What 'Bipartisan' Means? - Political Punch President Obama gave his definition of bipartisanship at his impromtu press conference yesterday. Sounds to me like he still expects the republicans to give in to the dems on most things. In other words, bipartisanship means you "do what I want with no disagreements!" The GOP had better be very prepared for that Health Care Summit.
