Enough Already

According to recent polls the public has had it with both sides not getting things done. IMHO, If Obama had set the tone in the beginning and made a sincere effort to reach across the aisle we might be a lot further along legislatively. He can blame everyone else all he wants but the truth is that it was really on him to set the tone from the beginning and insist that congressional leaders work for bipartisanship. Instead he let Pelosi and Reid run amok, and now look where we are. The lesson learned here is that Chicago thuggery, threats, bribes, lies, and bullying ultimately do not work. The American people don't like it and will express their disapproval in the coming elections.
