A SECOND NEW APPROACH TO HEALTH REFORM Here are some more good ideas outlined in The Empowering Patients First Act, H. R. 3400, sponsored by Rep. Tom Price (R-GA). This should blow holes in the tired old tirade that the Republicans are the "party of no" and "the party of no ideas." These ideas were there all along; the dems just didn't want to listen.
